We’ve come a long way since 2006.
In 2006, we recognized the need for an entirely new approach to risk management, security and compliance in federal IT implementations. That’s how TalaTek was born.
On the second of September, 2010, we learned that the Government Information Security Leadership (GISLA) Judges Committee had chosen our firm as a finalist in the Federal Contractor category (www.isc2.org/aboutgisla/default.aspx).
That means our approach has been recognized by our peers, and that we’re now known as a state-of-the-art security and compliance firm that fills the gaps left by standard solutions providers.
In just a few, short years, TalaTek has grown in name recognition, thanks to the firm’s unique combination of methodology and services.
On September 27, we learned that GISLA had named us a “semi-finalist” for the Federal Contractor award category. We are extremely pleased to have been recognized by a highly respected peer group within the government information security business, and we are honored to have been nominated for this prestigious award.
For us, it means that our peers have recognized both our efforts and our successes in working to improve both the business and processes of compliance and security. And that – in itself – is extremely gratifying and rewarding.
